Pretty much anything by Boston. "Who Are You?" by The Who. "Bad Company" by Bad Company.

OK, really though. The only one I can think of is A Perfect Circle, who (the story goes) was nameless until they were waiting to go on stage before their first gig. They needed a name, so they randomly plucked a single line from a song. I don't know the song though.

In other words, I can't help at all.

Almost every cover band, but that probably doesn't count.

Pretty much every hip-hop group ever, in pretty much every hip-hop song ever.

And probably many, many more . . .
