Rehnquist will not retire.
He says that he will serve "as long as his health permits." My new prediction is that he will die in office before he retires.

Woah, woah woah, come back from that limb. To predict that a man as spry and sprightly as Rehnquist will die before he retires is quite a Nostradamian prediction. Have you seen him lately, that guy is the picture of health.
